WHO WE ARE We are the UTM Athletic Council for the 2009-2010 term. Most of the council was elected last year, while others were hired. We are the student representation for the UTM athletics program. We are athletes supporting athletes. Remember - IF YOU HAVE A BODY, YOU ARE AN ATHLETE. |
WHAT WE DO We know that university is more than just grades, so our objective is to enhance the overall university experience for each and every student, and to build a stronger sense of community at UTM. Each student contributes $8.60 out of their tuition, and we ensure that this money goes right back to the students! |
THROUGHOUT THE YEAR ... We will be holding several events throughout the year to cater to as many various interests as we can, from video game tournaments, to sports tournaments, to parties! We encourage everyone to come out and become a part of our family! We have something for everyone. |

UTMAC is all about YOU this year, so we are implementing some things to ensure that you know exactly what we do and where your money is going. We will be posting "minutes" on a regular basis, basically a summary of everything that is discussed during our meetings. We will also be posting monthly financial summaries for those of you who are interested in how UTMAC funds are spent. Students are always welcome to come by the office during office hours (10AM-3PM) with any questions or suggestions. We always want to hear from you! Also, we welcome anyone who would like to volunteer because we need all the help we can get. MINUTES: |
