It was a long and exciting four months for all of us on UTMAC, and we hope you guys enjoyed all of our events! We put a lot of work into making it a good semester for you, and we still have more to come for the upcoming term!
So let's recap, shall we?
Frosh week - huge!
NBA 2k9 Tournament - winner Farhad was awarded with a special edition NBA 2k10 game package for his game console of choice
LaserQuest tournament - winner Greg won $100 to spend at Foot Locker
East vs. West Hockey Game Season Opener - we organized a fan bus so we could watch our Men's Tri-Campus hockey team in action! We also provided free tees and food.
Intramurals Social Pool Party - free food and games
We helped raise $200 for Orphan Run - President Ashley got pied in the face!
We hosted various home games (min. 1 per team + all playoff games)
We had several champions in our intramurals programs: Women's Div 1 Flag Football, Women's Div 1 Soccer, Men's Tri-Campus Soccer, Women's Div 1 Basketball
It was a pretty successful semester, thank you all for participating! We have much more planned for the winter term, such as a Ski Trip, Health Week, and the Raptors / Celtics game on January 10th.
